3rd Round Public Review

Additional Review Period for Energy Efficiency Commercial and Institutional Protocol

Climate Change Central, on behalf of the Government of Alberta, is pleased to announce the beginning of an additional Public Review Period for the Energy Efficiency Commercial and Institutional Building Protocol.

Following the initial 3rd round review period in January 2010, additional work was conducted on this protocol including a stakeholder meeting to discuss submitted comments and questions, and follow-up meetings and revisions with Alberta Environment to discuss modifications made to the draft protocol.

Public comments are an important aspect of the protocol development process for the Alberta Offset System, and an opportunity for everyone to give feedback and help shape Alberta Quantification Protocols.

Written public comments are due by Friday, August 13, 2010, 5:00PM MST

The revised draft Quantification Protocol is available HERE in public comment form, while other versions are still available within the Alberta Protocol Review Process section.
