2nd Round Technical ReviewClimate Change Central facilitated the Government of Alberta Offset System 2nd Round Stakeholder Review that occurred on October 29th and 30th, 2009 in Edmonton, Alberta for the 5th Cycle of Protocol Development. The protocol review was well attended by various stakeholders. Presentations for each draft protocol were given outlining development with technical considerations and Alberta Offset System criteria.
