Second Review of the Alberta Offset System - 2008 Compliance Year

Alberta Environment held a meeting on June 22, 2009, in Edmonton, Alberta, that focused on regulatory requirements and usage of the compliance options for regulated facilities in the 2008 Compliance Year.  Discussion focused on the results of the 2007 and 2008 compliance cycles, the results of the 2007 Offset Project audits conducted by Alberta Environment, and issues and observations from the first two years of the offset system.
